Orbital is a fan-made, third party network service for Groove Coaster, with the sole goal of providing song unlocks and network service to arcade cabinets that normally cannot get official service from Taito. It operates on the principle of not competing with the official service, and therefore does not offer service to cabinets and locations that are able to receive official network service.

Additionally, the service does not unlock recent music - all unlocking lags a few versions behind the official release.

Orbital is not affiliated with TAITO Corporation, Square Enix Co., Ltd, or any of their affiliates. Orbital does not operate as a competitor to the official network service, as it does not operate in the markets in which network service is officially provided.
